How do I get a 5 year guarantee on my Sony TV?
Selected BRAVIA LCD TVs now come with a 5 year guarantee. To make sure you get this just follow the steps below:
- Purchase a Sony TV in the 5 year guarantee offer. These are clearly marked on our website.
- You will receive your guarantee with your receipt when payment has gone through.
- If you have any problems within 5 years with your Sony TV, simply call 0207 365 2810 between 9am and 6pm Mon-Fri, and Sony will sort it out.
There is no registration required to activate your 5 year guarantee, however if you would like to obtain a personalised certificate, please call Sony’s Customer Information Centre on 0207 365 2810. You need to provide the following details: BRAVIA TV model, serial number, date of purchase and your personal contact details. If you provide an email address, please let them know if you would like to receive your certificate via email.
The personalisation of your certificate might take up to 30 days. If you don’t receive it within this time period, please call the Customer Information Centre using the above number.
